GENERAL

  • Yes, our non Friday/Saturday rate to rent the venue is $500 for a 4 hour rental.

  • The deposit is $2k, with the remainaing balance (including bar invoice) due 20 days out from your event. Around 30 days out from your event, we’ll have a meeting to determine your layout and preferred bar package.

early pickup / late pickup

  • Yes! There’s a $250 set up fee to decorate the day before. We’ll confirm this at your 30 days out meeting, subject to availability. You’ll have access to the buliding from 10am to 4pm.

  • Yes! There’s a $250 set up fee to pickup the day after. We’ll confirm this at your 30 days out meeting, subject to availability.

  • Yes! Late pickup for cars, etc. are subject to a fee of $250/day.

  • Yes! We rent our white ceremony chairs for $3.50 per chair + a $100 setup fee. You can find our rental inventory and pricing info here.

ceremony

  • Yes, we offer a ceremony-only package on non Friday/Saturday dates for $1000, including up to 200 chairs.

  • Yes, we rent them out for $3 per chair + a $100 setup fee.

  • In the case of bad weather, there are two options:

    1. A last minute switch to having your ceremony indoors with the ballroom setup as is, with your guests standing or sitting at the round tables. Free of charge.

    2. An indoor ceremony with chairs in ailse formation, immediatley followed by a flip to convert the space to your reception layout for a fee of $500. If you wish to opt for this, we must know the Monday prior to your wedding.

  • Yes! You can use the wooden chairs outside for $8/chair + a $200 set up fee.

catering

  • You can use an outside caterer for a fee of $500, but they must be licensed and insured (this will likely rule out most DIY family catering scenarios).

reception

  • Our default setup is 10 round tables in the ballroom unless otherwise requested. 12 round tabels are included, but additional tables are available for $50/table.

  • Yes! If using round tables outside, our white chairs are to be used by default for $3/chair + a $100 setup fee. Indoor wooden chairs can also be used outside for $8/chair + a $200 set up fee or you can bring in your own chairs!

  • We have 130 chairs availble for use indoors, and they are included! If you need or want more chairs, you are welcome to bring in additional seating from a rental company.

  • Yes, we can move the long white tables for a fee of $750.

  • Yes! There is no charge for rearranging furniture within the bridal suite. If you’d like us to clear the bridal suite of all furniture for alternative use, this will incur a fee of $1000. The bridal suite furniture cannot be used it as wedding decor lounge furniture in the the ballroom.

  • Yes! An additional hour is $500 + 15% of the total bar spend if you’d like to keep the bar open. Alternatively, you can convert the bar to a cash bar for the additional hour.

  • Yes, but we’ll have our staff light them and facilitate the exit.

  • We take care of all of the trash & clean up! You as well as your vendors will have an hour to pickup all of your belongings, decor, rentals, etc.

bar

  • We operate a cash bar by default at no extra charge, offering items not already included in your desired bar package. Opting for no cash bar incurs a $250 fee. $1000 minimum bar spend must be bet not including cash bar or the no-cash-bar fee.

  • Yes! Additional satelite bars are $500, and they include an additonal bartender and set up. Our white outside bar will be used by default unless otherwise requested. Aside from $500 fee, additonal satelite bars do not affect the bar invoice and the $500 fee does not apply to $1000 minimum bar spend. Satelite bars cannot be rented for a portion of the receptoin for a portion of the cost.

  • No, satelite bars cannot be rented for a fraction of the receptoin for a fraction of the cost.

  • Yes, we include lemons, limes, oranges, and cherries with our liqour packages.

  • Yes! Any special alcohol requests are to be made/approved at your final meeting around 30 days prior to your event.

  • If you’d like a specialty drink (or two), you must opt for a bar package that inlcudes the liqour for you desired drinks. Your specialty drink will be finalized at your final meeting around 30 days prior to your event.

rehearsal

  • Yes, a rehearsal is included at no extra charge! We open up dates for rehearsals 30 days prior. Assuming your preferred date is available at 30 days out, you are welcome to it!. If we have a wedding on site on your preferred date, you are welcome to a prior weekday (for example: a Thursday rehearsal for a Saturday wedding, etc.)

rehearsal dinner

  • Yes! We open up dates for rehearsal dinners 60 days prior. The rental rate for rehearsal dinners is $750 + a mandatory bar package for all guests. There is no guest minimum or total bar spend minimum. The $750 rental rate is due in full to secure your date, and the bar invoice is due 2 weeks prior to the rehearsal dinner. Rehearsal dinner rental and bar is 4 hours. If their rehearsal is at the venue, they have up to an hour for rehearsing the ceremony, as soon as the first person walks in for a drink-rehearsal dinner time starts)

  • We open up dates for rehearsal dinners 60 days prior. The $750 rental rate is due in full to secure your date, and the bar invoice is due 2 weeks prior to the rehearsal dinner. A bar package or soft drink package is mandatory, but no bar-minimum is required.
